Teams of two experience Milwaukee landmarks and businesses on an amazing urban bike adventure with clues: activities, puzzles, & checkpoints that challenge participants to get from start to finish. Inspired by the TV show’s design, it is a one day “Amazing Race.”
If you're a fan of the popular TV Show "The Amazing Race", you've probably wondered what it would be like to be one of the globe-trotting teams, racing each other to far flung locations, solving puzzle, completing challenges, and searching out checkpoints, all to win a prize and some serious bragging rights. Now you have a chance to compete in such a race in your own back yard.
The Amazing Milwaukee Race On Bikes! allows teams to compete on bikes, determining their own route and speed as they move from destinations. Meant to promote, encourage, and use the city’s bike lanes, streets, and trails, the Amazing Milwaukee Race on Bikes is: part Bike Ride, part City Adventure, and part Puzzle Hunt.
